We assisted our client through our property finding service to purchase this fantastic family home in the heart of Kensington. The exiting owner used the property as a rental investment to students hence, a massive overhaul was needed to fulfill the potential of the house.

Our client had recently benefited from our property finding service and had bought this spacious and well located property in a prestigious street in Chelsea. The flat had not had any work done to it for a number of decades and it was in need of a complete makeover. In collaboration with the Athens based architect Mrs Katerina Pantazi of D.Pantazis - N.Raptis Architects (tel+30 210 7240433) who designed the new layout, electrical installation and selection of materials and colour schemes Ellune Property Services is proud to have been the main contractor that transferred all these ideas from paper to life.

We agreed to take on this project with two goals in mind. To create a modern and welcoming space for incoming tenants and achieve this within a very tight budget given by our client. As we were given the freedom to design and allocate the budget according to what we thought were the priorities we managed to achieve both our goals and the property was rented out immediately for the asking price.

Our client had just benefited from our Property Finding service and purchased this very tired studio flat. Since the new owner is an architect she drew up a new plan and managed to convert a very awkward space into a fantastic, bright and airy, contemporary one bedroom flat.
